Life happens when you’re busy making other plans. Ain’t that the truth.
At 55, I thought I had my life all together and then bam – Covid played havoc with almost every aspect of my existence. In retaliation, I bumped my retirement plans up a few years, took advantage of the forced isolation and started writing seriously again. Last time I did this, e-books were just coming out. So many things to learn!
I have to say I like these new opportunities… as long as I can keep my fingers typing my books and not ‘accidentally’ downloading a new distraction from Kindle Unlimited – yeah, that app will always bring me joy.
